Evil Dead - The Musical

Ch-ch-ch-changes, turn and face the strain...

I've always liked adventure, challenge, and change... but tonight I'm wishing that things weren't changing so much (and so quickly) around here. There are too many major changes going on in my life, and within my inner-circle. Some of these events have been building for a long time, but to me they still feel like rapid change. I need time to process things. As much as I know things need to change, sometimes I still wish they wouldn't.

Muppets

I am back on land, and I did indeed survive working for The Mouse. There was one particulary unruly cast of characters I had to work with on the ship... The Muppets! Yes, the actual Muppets came on to do a show. The problem was that we only had 24 hours (from the time they arrived) to tech their show (a process that usually takes weeks). We all worked our asses off non-stop! In the end, somehow, the show went mostly OK. As tired as I was, I have to admit it was cool to get to work with the Muppets.

Less than one week to go, and I will be free of this cruise ship job!!! I have no idea what I will do next, and this is causing me stress, but being done with this cruise ship contract will make me quite happy indeed. I need sleep, sleep, and more sleep. This job has kicked my ass, in more ways than one. I need to regroup.

Below you'll see a pic of me taken weeks ago.... on the ONE day I had time to get off in Nassau. It's funny... I've been in the Caribbean for 7 weeks, and I'm even more pale than when I left (since the theatre in which I work has no windows). To those in the Michigan area, I'll see you soon!
